温尼泊的新房子多少钱一方尺？我是说一般的民宅。

上次看的时候，便宜的100多
贵的将近200
好象大部分在130~150左右
改天去7-11的时候看自己后回来报告

还在租房子中。这个就还是不很了解了。
不过winnipeg最近有不少新house，价钱都还不错的说。

俺去年夏天到卡而加利，那时，20万左右买好房子。年后，不过短短几个月，房价飙升，如今，20万只能买900方尺左右的APARTMENT了。20万左右的房子，如今要30万才能买的到。

希望俺搬去温尼泊后，不要发生同样的事情。

在房子还没涨太多前搬到WPG~

不同区域价格还是差的比较大. 你也可以自己设计,让建筑商建.自己装修,行吧?,水啊,电啊,自己来.你会这啊.即有独一无二的样式,又花钱少.

自己设计是要拿去批准的（批准费）
而且房子不是每个人都会设计的
况且要符合相对规定才会被批准
其实买个空房子自己装修是比较划算的
自己建的话除非要地很便宜
但地便宜的地区都不好，太乱
有小孩就千万不要住那地方。

看来还是WINNIPEG涨幅比较低, VANCOUVER也低,但房价基数太高了.

看到那些数字就心寒。房价太高了。

我发的那几个是新房子,如果是几年,10几年的,还会便宜.而且1500-1700尺对于4口之家也不算小了.刚才找那个广告没找到,就是你可以自己设计或从他们的设计里挑选或拼组.那样会更好些,可以有选择的余地. 那个报价好象是1200-1300尺,18万?记不很清了.

房价的涨幅速度和一个城市的发展速度密切相关的, 卡尔加里发展的也很快呀!!!! 目前来看,温尼泊的房子还是不算贵的.

据说温尼伯一年只增1万??

我想知道住south west那边好不好？

我想再过两年就买房，想环境好点，不要有印第安人或者越南人多的地方

bishop那边不错
而且还有新房子卖
有朋友在southwest买了房子
环境很好，邻居也不错
就是没有车的话交通不是很方便

多伦多那边三十多万的房子，这里才20多一点。差距太大阿。
